🚀 We’re looking for a IT Production – Application Production Support (Lisbon)

Who We're Looking For:

✅ Professional Experience & Technical Skills:

• Ensure service availability and follow-up of production requests for our business;
  
  
• Collaborate closely with Infrastructure teams (Servers, Storage, Network, Middleware, Monitoring, Automation, etc.);
  
  
• Partner with APS and Operations teams to keep applications running smoothly.

Main tasks include:

• Incident resolution;
  
  
• Handling user requests;
  
  
• Monitoring production environments;
  
  
• Building strongtechnical & functional knowledge of applications;
  
  
• Driving continuous improvement with process automation ideas.

Technical Skills

• Experience in Linux/Unix
• SQL
• ITIL – Practical knowledge;
  
  
• Observability / Monitoring tools – Practical knowledge;
  
  
• Ansible – Practical knowledge;
  
  
• Reporting & presentation skills;
  
  
• Agile mindset.
