We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Tech Lead to join a dynamic and fast-paced enterprise environment.
This is a key technical leadership role combining hands-on ServiceNow development, platform ownership, and mentoring responsibilities, supporting the evolution and optimization of multiple ServiceNow environments.
⚠️ Important note: This role is strictly for senior ServiceNow developers. Profiles with a functional background without proven ServiceNow development experience will not be considered.
🔥 Key Responsibilities
- Act as Technical Lead for ServiceNow development and platform support activities
- Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules
- Drive and support integrations and API development (one of the most critical areas of this role)
- Ensure best practices in ServiceNow architecture, scalability, security, and performance
- Lead development activities involving custom scripting, data models, workflows, and platform enhancements
- Troubleshoot complex platform issues and deliver long-term improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a project-driven environment
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to developers and support teams
- Contribute to documentation, governance, standards, and technical roadmaps
✅ Required Experience & Technical Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development in enterprise environments
- Strong experience with ServiceNow architecture and platform best practices
- Proven experience with integrations and APIs (mandatory and critical)
- Solid knowledge of data models and ServiceNow development frameworks
- Strong scripting skills: JavaScript HTML / CSS
