We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Tech Lead to join a dynamic and fast-paced enterprise environment.

This is a key technical leadership role combining hands-on ServiceNow development, platform ownership, and mentoring responsibilities, supporting the evolution and optimization of multiple ServiceNow environments.

⚠️ Important note: This role is strictly for senior ServiceNow developers. Profiles with a functional background without proven ServiceNow development experience will not be considered.

🔥 Key Responsibilities

• Act as Technical Lead for ServiceNow development and platform support activities
• Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules
• Drive and support integrations and API development (one of the most critical areas of this role)
• Ensure best practices in ServiceNow architecture, scalability, security, and performance
• Lead development activities involving custom scripting, data models, workflows, and platform enhancements
• Troubleshoot complex platform issues and deliver long-term improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a project-driven environment
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to developers and support teams
• Contribute to documentation, governance, standards, and technical roadmaps

✅ Required Experience & Technical Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development in enterprise environments
• Strong experience with ServiceNow architecture and platform best practices
• Proven experience with integrations and APIs (mandatory and critical)
• Solid knowledge of data models and ServiceNow development frameworks
• Strong scripting skills: JavaScript HTML / CSS
