Senior Product Manager, Growth

We’re looking for a high‑agency Senior PM to lead usage‑led expansion across PandaDoc’s PLG business. You’ll shape how users and teams adopt workflows, collaborate, and scale their usage; from first value to multi‑team engagement. This is a builder’s role: you ship fast, vibe‑code with your trio, use AI to accelerate execution, and turn insights into live experiments within sprints. You measure impact through real usage, not decks.

In 2026, we’re shifting from seat‑led upsells to user‑, usage‑, and workflow‑led growth. You’ll help make PandaDoc the daily operating system for agreements, where every workflow or collaborator fuels organic expansion.

What You’ll Do

• Own the user, usage, and revenue expansion strategy across freemium, trials, and paid tiers.
• Build pathways that drive workflow activation, integration adoption, team collaboration, and organic document‑scale growth.
• Make PandaDoc indispensable in customers’ daily operations, fueling seat expansion and multi‑team engagement.
• Use AI for rapid prototyping, personalization, automation, and reimagining core user flows.
• Lead a high‑velocity experimentation roadmap: across funnels, usage loops, onboarding, collaboration surfaces, and bold new bets.
• Ideate, instrument, launch, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests end‑to‑end.
• Combine qualitative research and behavioral analytics to uncover friction points and high‑leverage opportunities.
• Develop deep insight into user workflows, team dynamics, and multi‑user collaboration patterns.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, data, and GTM to deliver high‑quality, high‑impact outcomes.
• Bring clarity, urgency, and a culture of experimentation to your squad.
• Define and own the KPIs for usage‑led expansion: activation, workflow adoption, collaboration, integrations, expansion revenue, and long‑term retention.
• Build the dashboards, instrumentation, and insight loops that drive accountability and decisions.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in product at a SaaS/PLG company; ideally with direct ownership expansion metrics
• Track record of driving measurable product outcomes in growth or expansion domains.
• Hands‑on operator: you build prototypes, run your own analysis, tweak flows, and launch quick wins.
• Comfortable working with AI tools for prototyping, personalization, automation, and accelerating execution.
• Experience running A/B and multivariate tests end‑to‑end.
• Strong familiarity with product analytics, behavioral cohorts, and instrumentation.
• Ability to zoom out to define strategy and zoom in to ship the v0.3.
• Excellent collaborator and communicator; you align squads and influence across teams.
