Profile of the candidate

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase visibility and, ultimately, generate leads for our company.

Reporting to our Global Commercial Director, you will be the first full time Marketing Manager, being part of a team that will grow as the business grows.

Your mission

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase visibility and, ultimately, generate leads for our company. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that will drive growth for our company.

What will you be doing?

• Implement and optimize SEO strategies – it's important to increase website traffic and drive lead generation,
• Marketing Campaigns – Plan and execute PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google, Capterra, SourceForge, LinkedIn and / or others to effectively reach target audiences and generate leads,
• Create engagement – with a strong focus on LinkedIn, create posts to enhance brand visibility and engagement,
• Mailing Campaigns – Craft and distribute client mailers to communicate company news, updates, and product launches effectively,
• Blog Maintenance – create and keep update a company blog with relevant and engaging content to attract and retain website visitors,
• Business Cases – Collaborate with our Presales consultant to develop compelling business cases that highlight the value proposition of our products and services,
• Events – Plan and organize events with clients and prospects to foster relationships and drive business opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure marketing efforts drive pipeline and revenue,
• Analize and report on marketing performance and suggest improvements,
• Build and implement the foundation for scalable marketing processes,
• Act as a thought partner to leadership on marketing strategy and team growth.
