Lead the Rollout of Salesforce Education Cloud!

My client, a leading education provider, is about to embark on an exciting Salesforce Education Cloud implementation and is seeking a skilled Product Owner to guide the program from vision to execution. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of student engagement, admissions, and campus services with Salesforce at the core.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as the product champion for Salesforce Education Cloud, ensuring alignment between institutional goals and technical delivery.
  • Own and prioritise the product backlog , balancing student, faculty, and administrative needs.
  • Partner with stakeholders across admissions, student services, and IT to define clear requirements and user stories .
  • Guide delivery teams on functionality spanning the student lifecycle from recruitment and enrolment to retention and alumni engagement.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and deliver measurable ROI.
  • Drive adoption and continuous improvement of Education Cloud across the institution.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner with Salesforce (Education Cloud experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong background in requirement gathering, backlog management, and stakeholder engagement .
  • Experience in the education sector (student systems, admissions, campus operations) is a major plus.
  • Salesforce certifications desirable, especially in Education Cloud .
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
