We're Hiring : Lead Software Developer | Hybrid | Porto

A leading global cloud technology company is expanding its presence in Porto and looking for a Lead Software Developer to join their high-performing team.

This is a hands-on leadership role — perfect for someone who enjoys leading talented engineers while staying close to the code. You’ll be working on innovative projects involving AI, cloud technologies, and propensity modelling. The split between hands-on development and leadership is circa 50 / 50.

Hybrid model : 2-3 days / week in the Porto office

What You’ll Bring :

• Hands-on experience with C# or React
• Proven team leadership or mentoring experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field)
• Comfortable working in Agile teams
• Strong English communication skills
