Accounts Payable Junior Specialist

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Junior Specialist to support AP operations for the France/Benelux region. This temporary role requires strong French language skills and hands-on experience in invoice processing, vendor communication, and reconciliations within a fast-paced finance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Manage daily vendor inquiries in French (email and team collaboration tools)
• Support execution of payment runs
• Perform vendor account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end closing activities and ad-hoc finance tasks

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Accounts Payable experience
• Strong French written comprehension (required for daily operations)
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred, not mandatory)
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Nice to Have

• Experience with Oracle or other major ERP systems
• Basic accounting knowledge
• English language proficiency
