Multitask Staff for Street Food Shop – Baixa Area

Hey We're looking for someone friendly, responsible, and full of good energy to help run our mini (but mighty) fry shop in the center of Lisbon, 2 to 3 days a week.

Perfect for someone with a bit of free time who's looking to earn some extra cash and be part of a project full of heart.

We're not your average fries shop – everything is made with care, our toppings are creative, and customers love the experience. The work is varied : preparing and serving fries, taking orders, chatting with customers, keeping the space clean and organized, and learning how to upsell (we'll teach you).

You'll need to be independent and comfortable working on your own – but don't worry, we'll make sure you feel confident and well-trained. You'll be working directly with me, the founder, and be part of a grounded, growing project.

As this is a one-person setup most days, you'll be responsible for opening and closing the shop, cleaning all work areas, and following food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.

What we're looking for :

• Salary based on experience + sales incentives
• Availability 2 to 3 days / week (including some weekends)
• Someone autonomous and reliable
• Friendly and great with people
• Speaks both Portuguese and English
• Responsible, organized, and clean
• Willing to learn and grow (if you love food, even better)
• Able to follow all food hygiene and safety standards
• Comfortable opening and closing the shop alone
