Position : Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

Location : Lisbon or Porto, Hybrid

Your Responsibilities :

• Lead the design of complex functional solutions to address business requirements and drive clients digital transformation initiatives;
• Conduct in-depth functional analysis and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements;
• Prepare high-level functional documentation (Functional Design Documents) aligned with Dynamics 365 best practices;
• Ensure advanced customization and configuration of Dynamics 365 solutions, focusing on scalability and performance;
• Ensure effective coordination between functional and technical teams, guaranteeing the correct implementation of the defined solutions.
• Lead the definition and execution of functional and user acceptance tests (UAT), ensuring all requirements are met;
• Create test plans, user manuals, and training materials for key users and operational teams;
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in internal processes and functional methodologies;
• Mentor and support the development of junior functional consultants within the team.
