This could be the perfect challenge if you have :

• Proven experience as a Jira and Confluence administrator in corporate environments.
• Strong knowledge of workflows, permissions, dashboards, and automation rules.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and user support practices.
• Ability to prioritize multiple operational tasks.
• Excellent communication and a service-oriented mindset.
• Atlassian certifications (ACP-120, ACP-100, ACP-620, ACP-420).
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• English : B2 minimum (mandatory).
