With more than 10 years of experience, our activity focuses on hotels, apartments, hostels, student residences and luxury residences for the elderly.

Our portfolio has brands such as SmartRental Collection, Akeah, Malacuna, Live It, Suio, Evoca and Lemonade, covering various vertical markets in the Living and Hospitality sector.

As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving SmartRental Group’s growth in Portugal. You will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy, expanding into new markets, and strengthening relationships with key partners to maximize revenue and brand positioning.

What will you do?

  • Develop and execute the commercial plan for all properties in the portfolio within Portugal.

Open new markets and B2B segments (corporate, travel agencies, DMCs, tour operators, etc.).

Acquire and manage new commercial accounts at both national and international levels.

Establish and maintain strategic relationships with partners, companies, and event organizers.

Drive the sale of rooms and event spaces, maximizing occupancy and revenue.

Monitor market trends, competition, and new business opportunities.

Collaborate closely with marketing, revenue management, and operations teams.

Represent the company at trade fairs, workshops, fam trips, and commercial presentations.

What do we look for?

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Sales Manager or similar role in the hospitality sector.
  • Knowledge of the Portuguese and international tourism market.

    Previous experience in B2B hospitality sales and events.

    Languages : Fluent Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

    Strong organizational, planning, and autonomous working abilities.

    Ability to work under pressure with a strong results orientation.

    Excellent computer skills (MS Office).

    Availability to travel.
