About the Role

Join a leading global company in Lisbon as part of their Customer Service team supporting a major Digital Marketing platform. You'll assist clients with paid campaign inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a top-tier customer experience in a dynamic, digital-first environment.

Requirements

Fluent English (C1+ level)

Experience with paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)

Degree in Marketing or proven Digital Marketing experience

Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset

EU citizenship or valid work permit in Portugal

Working Hours

Initial phase :

Monday to Friday 12-hour coverage :

Shifts : 07 : 0016 : 00 or 10 : 0019 : 00

Later stage :

24 / 7 rotating shifts

(2 rotating days off per week)

Salary & Benefits

Base Salary : 870 gross / month (x14 months)

Performance Bonus : 300 / month (x11 months)

Meal allowance and other standard benefits included
