Italian Client Advisor – Relocate to Portugal

Workster is partnering with a global customer experience leader to hire a Technical Support Advisor . You will be the first point of contact for clients, providing high-quality after-sales support via phone and email, ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication, problem-solving, and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers via phone and email

Conduct initial diagnostics using internal procedures and resources

Escalate complex issues to specialized teams when necessary

Proactively assist customers to improve satisfaction, using tutorials, guides, and support articles

Communicate clearly regarding product information, order tracking, and minor problem resolution

Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively

Use multiple internal software tools to manage and document support cases

Identify opportunities for cross-selling or offering complementary solutions when appropriate

Requirements

Fluent in Italian (C1) and English (B2)

Previous experience in technical support, customer service, or call center environments preferred but not mandatory

Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

Ability to diagnose issues and explain solutions clearly and simply

Comfortable using multiple software tools simultaneously

Strong multitasking, organizational skills, and adaptability

Cross-selling or upselling experience is a plus

Eligible to work in Portugal
