Customer support with German in Lisbon

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Portugal included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.

• We do NOT require previous experience we will teach you everything
• Work from the office in Lisbon Portugal

What you will be doing:

• Acting as an initial point of contact for clients via phone and other channels.
• Managing and responding to written enquiries and service requests.
• Providing information and support across all company communication platforms.
• Maintaining internal management systems and ensuring accuracy of client and customer data.
• Handling a variety of client enquiries and coordinating their resolution internally.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German language (must be at least C2)
• Communicative level of English language ( at least B2)
• Be in Lisbon or be ready to relocate
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

What you will gain:

• Salary 1200-1500 euros gross per month depending on the project
