Your Role And Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Logistics Senior Manager to join our team. This professional will be responsible for leading strategic projects, designing innovative solutions, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Logistics solutions, focusing on modules such as SD (Sales and Distribution), MM (Materials Management), and/or PP (Production Planning).
• Manage end-to-end projects with cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration between SAP modules and business processes.
• Develop digital transformation strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Provide technical and strategic support throughout all project phases, from initial analysis to final delivery.
• Act as a mentor to junior consultants, fostering skill development within the team.

Preferred Education

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Experience as a Senior Manager or Principal Consultant in SAP SCM and MM.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP SCM and MM modules, including Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and/or PP (Production Planning).
• Strong understanding of supply chain and materials management processes, best practices, and industry trends.
• Excellent project management skills, with experience managing large-scale, complex SAP implementations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Over 10 years' experience managing project scope and client expectations.
• More than 10 years leading SAP implementation teams, including multiple projects with over 20 resources.
• Over 5 years implementing SAP solutions for Portuguese clients.
