Overview
As part of Inetum’s Expertise Development Hub, you will drive technical excellence across Inetum’s strategic domains, accelerating transformation and fostering innovation. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the Software Architect will develop and support technical expertise across Inetum, combining deep technical knowledge with a passion for innovation and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Explore emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions that bring tangible value to the business.
- Lead technical decisions in projects involving cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), promoting best practices and resource optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software lifecycle—from ideation to post-production monitoring.
- Define development standards and guide teams on best practices across multiple languages and frameworks, including frontend (React, Angular, Vue) and backend (Node.js, Java, Python).
- Integrate and orchestrate containerization platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes to ensure efficient and reliable solution deployment.
- Design and evolve scalable architectures for enterprise applications, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.
- Promote and ensure adherence to security best practices across all platform components.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cloud environments (preferably AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Hands-on expertise with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
- Practical mastery of backend languages such as Node.js, Java, and Python.
- Strong experience with containerization platforms, especially Docker and Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and automation processes.
- Ability to evaluate technical and business trade-offs, applying principles of scalable and sustainable design.
- Strong curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring new tools and industry trends.
- Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and adaptability.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Autonomy in decision-making and initiative to propose and test innovative solutions.
- Critical thinking and the ability to challenge the status quo constructively.

- English: C1+; Nice to have: French B2+.
