  • Responsibilities :

  • Configure and administer the ServiceNow platform, ensuring performance, stability, and functionality
  • Implement and maintain modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Catalog
  • Automate workflows and develop scripts using JavaScript and Flow Designer
  • Manage user access, roles, and groups in compliance with security best practices
  • Monitor system health, perform upgrades, and apply patches
  • Support integrations with other tools and platforms via REST / SOAP APIs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions
  • Document configurations and update internal knowledge base
  • You must have :

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator, with hands-on knowledge across core ITSM modules
  • Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript) and workflow automation within the platform
  • Experience with platform integrations using APIs (REST / SOAP)
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Catalog
  • Understanding of ITIL principles and how they apply within ServiceNow
  • Experience with system upgrades and instance cloning
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (mandatory); additional certifications are a plus
  • European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency
  • Availability to go to the office, once or twice per week
