Are you the NEX T Java Tech Lead?

What we value :

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields;
Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer with a strong focus on

Java

and

Angular

technologies;

Solid understanding of software development principles and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.);

Experience in team coordination, mentoring, and project management;

Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges;

Excellent communication skills in

French (C1 minimum)

and

English

Familiarity with cloud technologies and DevOps practices (nice to have).

What you can expect from this role :

Lisbon

Hybrid Model (2x per week onsite)

Leading the development team in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust Java and Angular applications;

Coordinating technical activities across projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines;

Mentoring and supporting team members, promoting best practices, coding standards, and design patterns;

Collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications;

Conducting code reviews to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements;

Facilitating team meetings (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives), driving agile best practices;

Ensuring effective communication and knowledge sharing within the team and across departments;

Staying updated on industry trends and new technologies to drive innovation.
