The Customer Engagement and Logistics (CE&L) is responsible to drive the implementation of the Customer Engagement Supply Chain strategy within the Country, with focus on collaborative end-to-end Supply Chain initiatives fostering growth and profitability with the Customers .
He / She works in close partnership with the local CDTs being part of it, taking care of the market a Customers (or a group of Customers according local Channels and other segmentation criteria) to understand Customers’ needs and develop Supply Chain and Logistics solutions that deliver against expectations, target KPIs and sustainable profitability.
He / She actively establishes relationships with local Industry / Logistic organizations to gain external insights and stay abreast of the logistic practices and standards evolution of the FMCG(
The CE&L serves as the liaison among CBS O2I / Logistic Management , KCM’s and Demand Planning / Fulfillment team to communicate potential system issues, requests driven by Customer determining need for internal process / system set-up changes, both short and long term. The CE&L also facilitates the efficient implementation of EDI systems (where appropriate or planned) with Customers ensuring coordination on the business aspects from the project brief till the go-live.
Main Responsibilities :
Minimum Requirements :
Years of Experience (range) : 2-3 years Business Unit Demand Planning, Warehouse and Logistic management with operational experience in managing projects / and or Experience in sales on field commercial planning / Commercial Finance.
SAP4H / BW experience, Advanced Excel, general knowledge of GDSN / EDI processes and standards. Google Suite applications
