What youll do :

Review, audit, and moderate user content in line with community guidelines

Analyse and handle reports on sensitive or complex issues

Maintain high quality standards while working in a fastpaced environment

Contribute to improving processes and enhancing user experience

What were looking for :

️ Fluent German (C1) and English (B2)

️ At least 6 months experience in moderation, customer service, or similar fields

️ Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and teamwork skills

️ Comfortable with repetitive tasks and tight deadlines
