is looking for talented Customer Service Specialists

to join dynamic teams supporting multiple international clients across technology, streaming, automotive, hospitality, and social media sectors. These roles are open for candidates fluent in

Danish, Dutch, or French

in addition to

English

Key Responsibilities :

Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, chat, or social media

Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently

Maintain and update internal systems

Collaborate with team members to resolve open cases

Follow project-specific processes and guidelines

Requirements :

Native or fluent proficiency in

Danish, Dutch, or French

(C1+)

Good command of English (B2 minimum)

Customer service experience (call center, online, or in-person) preferred

Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Adaptable, resourceful, and stress-resistant

Must complete client-specific assessment tests
