Role : Senior M365 Application Integration Engineer

Location : Lisbon, Hybrid

Required skills :

• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (M365) administration and support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Defender configuration, management, and monitoring.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, particularly for portal maintenance and process automation.
• Ability to manage patching, updates, upgrades, migrations, deployments, and consolidations of M365 platforms.
• Knowledge of security management, including threat assessment and implementation of countermeasures.
• Experience in 3rd / 4th level support, complex problem resolution, and vendor / internal team interaction.
• Skills in documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and knowledge transfer to L2 teams.
• Experience with hybrid provisioning platforms.
