Senior Software Engineer

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

In our team you will:

• Lead technical coordination of the complex space projects developing simulation models.
• Ensure compliance with HLA (High-Level Architecture) standards to enable interoperability with NASA/ESA simulators.
• Support the integration and validation of simulation components within space mission scenarios.
• Collaborate with partners such as ESA on system-level integration and troubleshooting.
• Document technical work and contribute to ESA deliverables.

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

We are looking for experts with background and interest in :

• Demonstrable experience as a Project Manager and Technical Leader in space-related projects.
• Approximately 10 years of experience in software development for simulation or real-time systems.
• Proficiency in the SIMULUS framework and Space Standards.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work effectively in international, multi-partner teams.

We will also value previous experience, and knowledge in:

• Understanding of distributed systems or HLA concepts.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience with Gitlab CI/CD pipelines.
