Customer Advisor for Fashion Brand – French Speaker – Lisbon

As a French-speaking Customer Advisor in Lisbon, you will handle client queries, provide product and technical support, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while enjoying the vibrant Portuguese capital.

Your Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and efficient manner.

Gather relevant information from clients to ensure accurate and timely resolution of queries.

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide product support over the phone.

Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.

Record all required data in CRM to ensure quality service tracking.

Your Profile

EU citizenship or valid residency / work permit is mandatory.

Native level of French and fluent in English.

Preferably at least 6 months of experience in customer service or technical support (call center experience is a plus).

Good technical skills and willingness to learn.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work under pressure, with strong problem-solving skills.

Team player with a proactive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.

Schedule : Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 8 : 30 AM and 7 PM.

Salary Package :

€830 gross / month x14

Up to €100 monthly performance bonus

Additional €100 monthly sales performance bonus
