Using agile methodology, new functionalities and applications are designed and developed. Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, OmniChannel)* Proven analytical, data-driven problem-solving skills* Affinity to work in a DevOps environment and Agile mind set* Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others* Ability to meet deadlines and schedules and be accountable* Mindset of end-to-end delivery and ownership* Willingness to learn new technologies**Technical knowledge:**Platforms (at least 2-3 of those): **Salesforce Service Cloud**, AWS, MuleSoft, Informatica, Databricks, Tableau, GitHub, Copilot studio, Power platform, Agentic AI frameworksFamiliarity with at least one programming language: Java, JavaScript, Python, SQLPreferably we are looking for someone familiar with data analysis and reporting experience by using analytics, visualization and database technologies, such as MuleSoft, Informatica, Databricks, etc., and with experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of Spark SQL, Java, JavaScript, Scala, Python, R, and standard SQL, and cloud-based solutions such as the AWS tool stack is a plus.
