What you'll do :
- Help people navigate the digital world. Whether it's troubleshooting, guiding users, or fixing issues, your work will make a real difference.
- Solve tech issues for customers via chat, email, and phone.
- Keep up with the latest tech trends and updates to provide top-notch support.
- Help users become more tech-savvy through guidance and tutorials.
- Work with other teams to improve products and services based on user feedback.
Salary & Benefits
- Annual salary €15,000
- Food allowance on working day €7.23

- Relocation package : Relocation from outside of Portugal : Room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months, with rent of €280 with all utilities bills included (discounted directly from the payslip)
- Shift pattern - Monday to Friday – 08 : 00AM to 08 : 00 PM (Rotational)
- Saturday and Sunday – 08 : 00 AM to 05 : 00 PM
- Days Off : 2 Days Rotational
