About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in payment gateway solutions for the gaming industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing B2B relationships in the payments space, particularly with online gaming operators. This role will play a pivotal part in expanding our client base, forming strategic PSP partnerships, and rolling out tailored payment solutions that drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities within the online gaming sector.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with Payment Service Providers (PSPs), merchants, and affiliates within the gaming ecosystem.
• Understand client needs and offer bespoke payment gateway solutions aligned with regulatory and technical requirements.
• Lead negotiations and close commercial agreements with new clients and partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Compliance, Tech) to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new clients.
• Stay up to date with market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes in the gaming and payments industry.
• Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking functions (e.g., ICE, SiGMA, iGB).
