Retail Customer Service Agent – French Speaker

Your Responsibilities

Answer customer questions regarding products, orders, payment methods, and accounts via phone, email, or chat.

Handle complaints empathetically to ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain and review purchasing files and related documentation.

Contribute to continuous improvement processes for client satisfaction.

Your Profile

Native French speaker with good English skills (mandatory).

Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Motivated, reliable, and adaptable to different situations.

Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Eager to learn, develop, and acquire new skills.

Interested in relocating to Lisbon and working in an international team.

What’s in It for You

Contract : 6-month temporary contract.

Schedule : Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 8 AM and 5 : 30 PM.

Salary Package :

€890 gross / month x14

€100 / month language bonus

Up to €60 / month performance bonus

€7.23 meal vouchers per workday

Partial transportation reimbursement

Private health insurance and dental plan after 6 months

Relocation Support for International Candidates :

Reimbursement of flight costs up to €400 after 4 months.

4 months of shared accommodation (rental fee applies).
