⚖️Backoffice Support - Join our team and support legal processes behind the scenes — no direct customer contact!
Your Tasks
- 📑 Work with lawyers, legal officers, and National Enforcement Bodies (NEBs)
- 🔍 Review and manage cases where passenger rights may not have been respected
- 📬 Handle communications with NEBs in different countries
- 🛫 Ensure transport operators follow passenger rights regulations
- ⚖️ Help resolve legal matters before they go to court
