About the role / team : As part of our Product Team, you will work closely with leaders across the company and with some of the world’s top brands to elevate our messaging products. Our platform scales to billions of consumer interactions at high performance. As a Senior Product Manager on the Personalization team, you will own a broad product portfolio and roadmap, delivering Content & Catalog experiences that are central to the user experience and tie into Channel and Journey experiences. This role requires a strong understanding of the marketing automation landscape and a collaborative approach across teams to deliver market-leading messaging products. You will collaborate with Design and Engineering and work with internal teams and customers to define and prioritize features with high business impact. You will report to the Group Product Manager, Orchestration and Personalization.

In this role you’ll get to :

• Contribute to the vision and design of the Content & Catalog creation experience
• Be an internal "voice of the customer"
• Work with Customer Success, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and other PMs to ship products
• Understand customer personas and build use cases to establish product requirements and roll out new features
• Provide ongoing documentation of customer demands and product functionality
• Research industry trends to identify new product features and opportunities
