About OSCAR
OSCAR is a multi-market consumer marketplace scaling across Europe. We are entering a stage where growth requires disciplined capital allocation, sharper experimentation, and strong ownership across acquisition, retention, and monetization.
About the role
We are hiring a Growth Manager to take responsibility for how we deploy capital to drive revenue across markets. You will start by directly operating our paid acquisition channels. Beyond that, you will lead high-impact growth initiatives end-to-end — from identifying opportunities and forming hypotheses to execution, measurement, and iteration. This role carries direct P&L accountability.
What we’re looking for
- Strong hands-on performance marketing expertise (Meta, Google, TikTok). You can build, restructure, and scale accounts yourself — without relying on an agency or junior support.
- Experience managing meaningful acquisition budgets with financial accountability. You understand contribution margin, long-term value, and capital efficiency — not just platform metrics.
- Full-funnel growth mindset. You think beyond acquisition and understand how activation, retention, pricing, and lifecycle mechanics influence overall performance.
- High analytical rigor. You are comfortable working directly with datasets, diagnosing bottlenecks, and making capital allocation decisions grounded in evidence.
- Experimental ownership. You can take an initiative from hypothesis to execution to measurable impact, and you are accountable for the outcome.
- Ability to operate in a multi-market environment where growth, efficiency, and operational capacity must stay aligned, and trade-offs are explicit.
Why now
OSCAR has already proven product-market fit and operates at scale across multiple European markets, serving millions of users. The fundamentals are validated. The growth engine is real.
The next phase will be defined by how well we scale what we’ve already built. This is not day zero but it’s not late stage either. It’s the inflection point where strong operators can still materially shape the trajectory of a multi-market business with clear unicorn-level ambition.
If you want to join when the trajectory is still being shaped, the decisions are meaningful, and the impact is visible — this is the stage to enter.
