We are looking for a highly autonomous and structured profile with close proximity to senior management.

This role will act as a PMO/Business Analyst , supporting leadership, structuring strategic initiatives, and ensuring execution across multiple projects and stakeholders.

As a PMO for Transformation at Ivy Partners, you will:

• Prepare and structure Board-level documentation
• Plan and manage project timelines and milestones
• Structure strategic thinking and decision rationales
• Analyse, synthesise and summarise complex documentation
• Coordinate with multiple internal areas and external stakeholders
• Provide direct support to team leadership

About You

You are our ideal candidate if you:

• Degree in Engineering (any specialty), valued for structured thinking.
• 1+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO and/or Business Analysis roles
• Strong ability to structure information, ideas and strategic narratives
• Proven experience preparing senior management or Board-level documentation
• Excellent skills in planning, coordination and follow-up of multiple projects
• Strong analytical, synthesis and written communication skills
• Ability to work with high autonomy and manage priorities in a demanding environment
• Comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders across different areas
• Pragmatic, execution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
