Your new Role

The Senior Business Analyst WMS will :

• Act as a key link between business needs and WMS technology solutions, analyzing requirements and proposing improvements to drive operational efficiency;
• Support the Solution Owner in end-to-end solution design, configuration, testing, and documentation across multiple systems and technologies;
• Build strong knowledge of business processes and system interfaces, ensuring reusable designs and minimizing custom developments;
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, manage small-scale projects, and oversee third-party deliverables and testing;
• Ensure solution quality through test execution and validation, while maintaining compliance and performance standards.

This role involves regular collaboration and design discussions with business process teams, IT staff, and all partner organizations contributing to the solution.
