Your profile

• University degree in Information Systems or similar
• Min. 2 years of relevant working experience
• Up to 1 year of experience in IT, ERP or digitalisation
• Friendly and open personality that enjoys working with customers
• Very strong and structured communication skills
• Flexibility to work on different projects across teams and industries
• Fluent in German and English (mandatory)

Your tasks

• Ensure customer satisfaction and establish long-term relationships
• Manage and support customers in various small and long-term projects
• Answer customer inquiries for various modules and industries
• Collaborate with our development team and functional experts to provide optimal solutions
• Conduct workshops to guide our customers through changes and new features.
