We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide day-to-day technical assistance and ensure smooth IT operations. You will be responsible for supporting users, maintaining systems, and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for hardware, software, and network incidents
- Troubleshoot Windows 10 / 11, Microsoft Office 365, and standard business applications
- Manage Active Directory accounts, email configurations, and access permissions
- Support VPN, remote desktop, and collaboration tools for remote workers
- Document support requests and solutions using a ticketing system
- Provide VIP and executive-level IT support when needed
- Coordinate with vendors and escalate issues to higher-level support when required
