What you’ll do

As a Customer Support Agent, you’ll be the friendly, problem-solving partner that helps business clients make the most of the platform.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Supporting B2B clients in Catalan and English via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshooting issues and guiding clients with tailored solutions
• Verifying account information and following compliance guidelines
• Delivering every interaction with empathy, professionalism, and excellence

Requirements

• Fluency in Catalan and English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Customer support experience is a plus, but not required
