About Responsibilities

Within KLx, you will be part of the Retail Banking Unit of over 100 people. Our team distributes a full range of retail banking products and services : current accounts, savings, financial investments, personal and real estate loans, as well as insurance.

You will join the Squad 'Bank Transfers', responsible for managing the impact of the Comète Project on the squad’s application perimeter. This initiative requires a thorough understanding of payment systems, processes, and regulatory requirements to ensure smooth implementation and operational success.

Your main missions will be :

Functional Analysis & Solution Design

Analyze the existing payment systems and assess necessary adaptations.

Design functional solutions ensuring compliance with banking regulations and business needs.

Gather business requirements and support stakeholders in defining priorities.

Project Management & Coordination

Prepare and oversee committees related to system maintenance, governance, and coordination.

Facilitate communication with internal and external partners , ensuring seamless collaboration.

Manage risks, document findings, and drive resolution strategies.

Documentation & Compliance

Draft critical project documents such as functional design dossiers, risk analyses, and compliance strategies.

Develop testing plans, execution strategies, and ensure system readiness before production deployment.

Quality Assurance & Deployment

Lead system testing and validation ensuring reliability and accuracy of payments processing.

Monitor incidents and oversee corrective actions for continuous improvement.

Supervise deployment activities and guarantee successful operational rollout.

About You

3 to 7 years of experience in payment systems , preferably with expertise in bank transfer mechanisms.

Strong understanding of functional analysis, project management , and regulatory compliance.

Experience in Agile methodologies (a plus).

Ability to collaborate with business, back-office teams, and technical stakeholders .

Fluent in French ; English proficiency is a plus.
