Your Contribution:

• Design, develop, and deliver enhancements and new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform to meet evolving business needs.

• Provide Level 3 technical expertise to resolve complex incidents and ensure platform performance, stability, and security.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions and drive continuous platform optimization.

• Ensure developments follow best practices, coding standards, and governance guidelines.

• Contribute to solution design reviews and mentor junior developers to strengthen team capability

What makes you stand out:

• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow-specific scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes).

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Strong communication skills in English and a proactive, customer-centric mindset.

• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and motivation to grow within the ServiceNow platform.

• An openness to collaborate, share knowledge, and contribute to a strong team culture.

You Must Have:

• Background in one or more ServiceNow modules such as CSM, ITSM, HRSD, HAM/SAM, or UI Builder – each is highly valued.

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS – CSM/ITSM/HRSD/HAM-SAM) are a plus.
