Hr Systems Data Analyst

Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Global HR Systems Data Analyst to join our customers' global HRIS team. The successful candidate will play a key role in consolidating, validating, and maintaining employee data across HR systems, with SAP SuccessFactors as the core HR system. This position is pivotal in ensuring data accuracy and integrity across global processes and enabling insightful HR reporting and analytics.

This organisation has over 25,000 employees in 23 countries, classed as a market leader in the Manufacturing field.

You will collaborate closely with regional HR teams, IT, and business stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making, optimise data processes, and contribute to strategic HR initiatives, including reward cycles and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Management & Integrity :

• Consolidate, validate, and clean global HR employee data within SAP SuccessFactors and related systems.
• Conduct regular audits and data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of HR data.
• Identify data anomalies and partner with regional HR teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain HR data standards, documentation, and best practices.
