We offer a no-code / low-code platform that enables brands to automate complex processes within incredibly short timeframes, helping organizations supercharge digital transformation strategies.

We're looking for a Generative AI Analyst with a focus on enhancing our chatbot and voicebot solutions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about improving AI interactions and making digital communication feel more human. You'll work on refining the conversational abilities of our AI by testing, iterating, and optimizing prompts and knowledge bases.

What You’ll Do

• Iteratively fine-tune GenAI prompts and parameters and adjust knowledge bases to enhance conversation quality and user experience.
• Perform quality analysis of chatbot interaction logs, prompts, enabling continuous improvement of conversational accuracy and user experience.
• Apply basic Python skills for data analysis and solutions testing.
• Collaborate with the AI team to implement changes that improve bot performance and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct thorough testing of our chatbot and voicebot solutions to identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze user feedback and interaction data to guide your optimization efforts.
• Ensure our bots' language capabilities are inclusive, accurate, and culturally relevant, with particular emphasis on Portuguese and English.
