Job Title : German-Speaking Legal Operations Analyst

Location : Lisbon, Portugal

Industry : Video Content Moderation & Legal Support for a Major Streaming Platform

Relocation & Signing Bonuses :

Relocation Bonus : 2,500 for candidates moving from outside Portugal (within the EU)

1,500 for candidates relocating 100 km+ within Portugal

Signing Bonus available for selected projects

About the Role

Are you fluent in German and interested in law and digital content? Join our team as a Legal Operations Analyst to ensure compliance with legal requirements and support a safe platform for millions of users.

Responsibilities

Handle legal requests related to fraud, copyright, privacy, and defamation

Ensure compliance with policies and local laws

Maintain documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Stay up-to-date on policy changes

Requirements

German (C1+) and English (C1)

Basic knowledge of KPIs (FCR, SLA, CSAT)

Analytical thinking and attention to detail

Up to 12 months of content moderation experience is a plus

EU passport or Portuguese residence permit
