Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at PRA Training Center located in Lisbon. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing support to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to problem solve and handle customer inquiries
• Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
