We are looking for an ITOPs !

Responsibilities :

• Participating in the definition of the technical solution.
• Integrating the production and infrastructure requirements in the scoping and in the product backlog.
• Ensuring the upskilling of the Product/Project team on application production best practices.
• Ensuring the provision of Production and infrastructure resources by facilitating the deployment of solutions.
• Liaising with Production Support Applications to implement monitoring and facilitate service supervision.
• Contributing to maintaining the services in operational condition.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of Production (Automation, performance improvement, etc.).

Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• IT Infrastructure.
• Production Operation Steering.
• IT Risk and Cyber Security.
• Coordination and motivation skills.
• Know how to delegate.
• Systematic, critical and logical thinking.
• Summarization capabilities.
• Be committed, demanding and pedagogue.
• English language.
• Strive continuously for customer satisfaction;

• Respect the procedures, methodologies and directives.
• Good capability of managing stress and conflicts.
