Pour les particuliers : Côté B2C, aide les automobilistes à comparer les garages et prendre rendez-vous facilement, avec un devis précis et transparent.

Contexte de la mission

Nous recherchons un Care Ops Specialist freelance pour mener une mission structurante de 3 mois visant à optimiser notre écosystème Customer Care B2B. Cette mission s'articule autour de 4 chantiers majeurs qui transformeront l'efficacité opérationnelle de nos équipes support.

Objectifs de la mission

1. Audit & Refonte Zendesk (40% du temps)

  • Audit complet de l'instance Zendesk actuelle : workflows, automations, champs, SLA
  • Optimisation des workflows de routing et d'escalation des tickets
  • Reconfiguration des automations pour améliorer les temps de réponse
  • Mise en place de nouveaux triggers et macros adaptés aux besoins métier
  • Formation des équipes aux nouvelles configurations

2. Révision des Intégrations (25% du temps)

  • Audit des intégrations existantes : Zendesk HubSpot, Slack, autres outils
  • Optimisation via Zapier : suppression des doublons, amélioration des flux
  • Mise en place de nouvelles intégrations stratégiques
  • Documentation complète des workflows d'intégration
  • Tests et validation de toutes les connexions
  • 3. Création de la Knowledge Base (20% du temps)

  • Architecture de la KB : structuration, catégorisation, parcours utilisateur
  • Rédaction des articles prioritaires en collaboration avec les équipes
  • Optimisation SEO interne pour la recherche d'articles
  • Mise en place du système de feedback et d'amélioration continue
  • Formation des équipes à la maintenance de la KB
  • 4. Implémentation Help Center & Dashboards (15% du temps)

  • Création du bouton Help Center intégré à la plateforme
  • Configuration de la création automatique de tickets Zendesk
  • Centralisation des dashboards de performance sur une interface unique
  • Automatisation des reportings clés pour le management

    Mission Context

    We are looking for a Care Ops Specialist freelancer to lead a 3-month strategic mission aimed at optimizing our B2B Customer Care ecosystem. This mission is structured around 4 major workstreams that will transform the operational efficiency of our support teams.

    Mission Objectives

    1. Zendesk Audit & Overhaul (40% of time)

  • Complete audit of current Zendesk instance : workflows, automations, fields, SLAs
  • Workflow optimization for ticket routing and escalation
  • Automation reconfiguration to improve response times
  • Implementation of new triggers and macros adapted to business needs
  • Team training on new configurations
  • 2. Integration Review (25% of time)

  • Audit of existing integrations : Zendesk HubSpot, Slack, other tools
  • Optimization via Zapier : removing duplicates, improving flows
  • Implementation of new strategic integrations
  • Complete documentation of integration workflows
  • Testing and validation of all connections
  • 3. Knowledge Base Creation (20% of time)

  • KB architecture : structuring, categorization, user journey
  • Writing priority articles in collaboration with teams
