We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with a passion for programming, flexibility, and a team player to integrate our VTXRM family.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend components using C# and .NET Framework
  • Build and extend RESTful APIs for core services and system integrations
  • Lead and participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers when needed
  • Conduct unit and integration testing, diagnose issues, and ensure performance
  • Work closely with analysts and product teams to understand business needs
  • Operate within Agile / Scrum methodologies, participating in sprints and planning sessions
  • Contribute to refactoring and improving existing systems for better maintainability and scalability

Desired Qualifications and Skills :

  • 5+ years of backend development experience with C# and .NET Framework
  • Proven experience designing and consuming REST APIs
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases, preferably SQL Server or Oracle
  • Deep understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and clean architecture
  • Hands-on experience with unit testing and integration testing frameworks
  • Proficient with Visual Studio, source control systems, and deployment practices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to quality
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory for daily communication and documentation

    • Nice to have / Pluses :

  • Exposure to .NET Core / .NET 6+ and migration projects
  • Experience with containerization (Docker) or CI / CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
  • Knowledge or experience in the financial services industry
