Junior Dutch Content Moderator

Descrição do cargoFluency in Dutch with strong communication skills. Proficiency in English is an advantage. Previous experience in content moderation or a contact center is a plus but not required. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Competitive salary with performance-related bonuses. Comprehensive training and onboarding program. Bureaucratic support for candidates relocating from outside Continental Portugal to obtain the NIF and NISS. Assistance in finding suitable housing based on the candidate’s needs. A relocation bonus of €2500 (gross) paid during the first payroll cycle. €1000 gross offered to support candidates moving from within Portugal (100 km away from Lisbon or more). Upcoming starting dates : November 25 and December 9. Full-time position with work hours from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 6 PM.
We are looking for a Content Moderator who is fluent in Dutch to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will monitor and evaluate online content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards. The position is on-site, with work hours from Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 6 PM. We welcome candidates with or without prior experience in a contact center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate online content to ensure it adheres to established guidelines and standards.
- Identify and escalate inappropriate content or potential issues.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for improving content quality.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance moderation processes.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all evaluations.
