Yourmainmissionwill be:Tosupporttheoperationalexcellenceofthe Front Office departmentbycoordinating and supervisingtheteam’sdailyactivities, ensuringexceptionalguestservice, efficientmanagementofcheck-in and check-out processes, and the implementation of high-quality standards to deliver memorable experiences from arrival to departure.
Yourmainresponsibilitieswillinclude:
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
- Run and collaborate with the entire Front-Office team, including reception, concierge service and reservations
- Solve customer complaints from all areas of the hotel, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
- Identify talents, lead, train and build team spirit in a huge team
- Monitor the quality
- Address guests’ service needs and deal with specific customer requests
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other departments and colleagues
- Take action in all matters related to the safety, security, satisfaction and wellbeing of hotel guests

- Passion for hospitality and proven experience of at least 2 years in a similar role
- Customer-orientated attitude and in-depth knowledge of customer service
- Proficiency in speaking and writing in Portuguese & English, basic German and/or French is a plus

- Sense of responsibility and autonomy
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
