Customer Service Representative with German

Location : Porto (Work from Home)

Employment Type : Fixed-term contract (6 months) – potential for extension or permanent placement

Industry : Outsourcing / BPO – Travel & Tourism

Languages : German (C2) & English (B2+)

Compensation : Base salary + performance bonuses

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries

Support travel agents and clients with post-booking and booking management

Provide accurate info on destinations, pricing, documentation, and boats

Cross-sell and upsell products based on customer needs

Maintain service standards and ensure smooth, professional communication

Requirements

Native / Fluent in German (C2) with good English (B2+)

Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in travel / hospitality

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Detail-oriented with a problem-solving attitude

Experience in upselling and using booking systems is a plus

Available for rotational shifts (Mon–Fri 08 : 00–18 : 00, Sat–Sun 08 : 00–17 : 00)
