Job Title : Customer Support Agent

Location : Remote based in Portugal

Terms : 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Salary : Annual Gross Euros (Paid in 14 installments)

Schedule : Tuesday - Saturday, 8.30 pm until 5 am

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our Shared Services team for a 6 month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will work from home so the only commute you'll need to worry about is getting to your home desk. This will give you the time to focus on what is important : providing an excellent support experience for our customers.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Your main role will be supporting our partners and customers via email, phone, or chat to ensure they have the best and most expedient experience possible.
• You'll support them from start to finish, troubleshooting their problems and answering their questions.
• You can identify and assess the customer's needs to provide the best possible support. You can consistently input data entry accurately, through the appropriate operating systems.
