Als een customer service specialist in dit project, houden jouw dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheden het volgende in:
· Support geven aan klanten door het beantwoorden van vragen die te maken hebben met producten en diensten via de telefoon en email
· Het identificeren en aanbieden van oplossingen die aan de eisen van de klant voldoen met de beschikbare middelen
· Betekenisvolle relaties opbouwen, het beantwoorden van vragen van klanten op een beleefde, vriendelijke en professionele manier
· Het overtreffen of voldoen aan de kwaliteitsdoelen, naleving van regelgeving en productiviteits doelen.
· Het creeren van een fantastische ervaring die mensen waarderen en waar wij trots op zijn.
· De verantwoordelijkheid te nemen om de richting van management te volgen en feedback te leveren.
Om succesvol te zijn in jouw rol, moet je de volgende eigenschappen hebben:
· Nederlands is jouw moedertaal of spreek je vloeiend (C2)
· Gevorderd niveau van Engels (tenminste C1), zowel verbaal als schriftelijk
· Sterke communicatie vaardigheden – de juiste vaardigheden om een telefoon gesprek te voeren, aandachtig te luisteren en uitstekende schriftelijke vaardigheden.
· Analytische vaardigheden en een probleemoplossend vermogen met de juiste aandacht voor detail
· De wil om te leren en beter te worden, nieuwsgierig te zijn en problemen te willen oplossen.
· Een goede internetverbinding en goede omstandigheden om thuis te kunnen werken.
· Heeft een EU burgerschap of een geldige werkvergunning om in Portugal te werken.
· Moet een lokale kandidaat zijn of iemand die naar het zonnige Lissabon (Portugal) zou willen verhuizen
